The Medical Examiner Specialist Lead works closely with the Investigations Team Manager to oversee a team of Medical Examiner Specialists.  This position will assist in the development of policies and procedures and ensure they are properly implemented and carried out.  This position will assign and review work, prepare work schedules, develop and conduct training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel employees on performance problems.
