This position reports directly to the Section Chief and is responsible for all fiscal and budgetary functions, accounts payable, agreement addendums, conference authorizations and facilities management. Primary responsibilities include managing the Section’s budgets (over $10 million), monitoring fund codes, and responsibility cost centers (RCCs). This position is a member of the management team and is responsible for coordinating/implementing budgets financial record keeping for all three Branches within the Section and assists/advises the Section Chief regarding budgetary decisions.
