Provide training and technical assistance on developing preparedness plans to counties within their region. This includes providing assistance with identifying county priorities, defining performance measures and tracking progress. Advise local health departments on policy and procedures available for the implementation of the national planning framework, ICS/NIMS & HSEEP principles and practices. Provide reports on outcomes achieved including document preparation, documenting training provided at monthly preparedness coordinator meetings and integrating results into the overall regional project map. Develop and maintains a regional preparedness work plan which is based on assessment data, best practices in preparedness planning and aligned with local priorities
