The NC Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), in collaboration with its partners, protects the health and safety of all North Carolinians and provides essential human services. DHHS is establishing a new Division of Child and Family Well-Being that focuses on supporting whole child and family health and well-being for North Carolinians.
