The primary purpose of this position is to provide program managers, public health officials, epidemiologists, local health directors, policy makers, and researchers with health-related reports and analysis needed to make informed decisions about the health-management of populations, cost-effectiveness of programs / services, cost management of medical services, quality of health care, and allocation of budget.
