Under the direction of the Supervisor of Nursing Services, ensures patients adjust to a Forensic facility setting. Prepares accurate and detailed clinical medical and other reports. Formulates statistical data relative to patient care. Ensures the Ann Klein Forensic Center (AKFC) and Joint Commission policies, procedures and guidelines are adhered to. Promote patients' comfort and hygiene by increasing their mental and physical comfort, preventing deterioration in their general physical condition and process, and fostering physical and mental rehabilitation.
