The Health Equity Operations and Policy Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Bureau of Health Equity. The position reports directly to the Assistant Commissioner for Health Equity and interacts with other Bureau management to support operational objectives, policies and resources. This position acts as the primary liaison with the support functions of financial management, human resources management, facilities management and MN.IT. Develop and implement health equity bureau policies, procedures, and controls Provide operational support, including facilitating strategic planning, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and assisting with the evaluation of section- and program-level needs.
