This position is located in the Gallatin City-County Health Department and performs duties that support the vision, mission and goals of the Department. This position is grant funded and is contingent on future funding.  This position is responsible for providing a variety of professional services within the health department to promote and maintain individual, group, and community health with specific attention and focus on sexually transmitted diseases and other communicable diseases.
