Position OverviewThe Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking a highly motivated individual to conduct surveys,investigations and monitoring visits of long-term care facilities to determine compliance with StateLicensure requirements and/or Federal Medicare/Medicaid certification regulations. Prepareslicensure and certification survey/investigation forms, memoranda and reports of findings.
