The Department of Health (DOH) works to protect and improve the health of the people of Washington State. This full-time, permanent Regulatory Analyst 3 position contributes to this mission achievement by serving as project lead and dedicated policy analyst for fee rule work across the division and serving as lead policy analyst for the rules unit in the Division of Health Services Quality Assurance (HSQA). HSQA licenses healthcare professionals and facilities. This licensing work can require over 150 rule filings a year! Our busy rules team is looking for someone who also loves rulemaking and who wants to join us in our efforts to improve our rules work, and particularly our fee rules work.
