Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of experience in the management of a relevant program in a public health, health/human services, health regulatory program or community-based services organization; OR an Associate’s degree in a related field and seven years of such experience; OR nine years of such experience. The years of experience must have included policy formulation, program planning, design, implementation, evaluation, and/or allocation of resources. At least three years of experience must have included supervision of staff. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience.
