Learning and Development Coordinator
The Learning and Development Coordinator will plan and lead the portfolio of curricula, training, and learning materials designed to meet the ongoing professional development needs of local public health professionals, of which the hosting of much of those resources will be on the Learning Management System (LMS). It is the goal of the Office of Local and Regional Health (OLRH) through the Workforce Development Unit, to strengthen the capacity of the local public health workforce to meet the Performance Standards through a robust and accessible training and workforce development infrastructure, that ensures a pipeline and an adequately trained and diverse workforce.
