This Health Services Consultant 3 (HSC 3) position supports all the emergency response programs in the Radiological Emergency Preparedness Section (REP). The HSC 3 is responsible for coordination and assistance with planning, training, exercising, evaluating, and responding to both radiological and nuclear incidents arising from any source or facility in the state. These activities protect the health of the people in Washington State by assuring the agency is prepared to respond to radiological or nuclear emergencies to fulfill agency responsibilities in Emergency Support Functions (ESF-8, 10, 6, 11, and 15).
