Summary: Provides strategic direction, oversight, and programmatic implementation for multiple ASTHO learning communities on building maternal and child health data capacity for states and territories to address systemic challenges. Current learning community activities include linking Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) with clinical outcomes data and using data to improve racial equity in maternal and child health. The Director will work with state and territorial teams to improve data management and analysis, enhance patient-centered outcomes research, and reduce disparities in MCH programs by promoting system-level improvement. This position will supervise at least two staff and report directly the Senior Director, Family and Child Health.
