Reporting to the Nursing Consultation Advisor, this Health Services Consultant 4 position is responsible for managing and continuously improving assigned facilities programs to assure that consumers have access to quality health care.    As the Facilities Program Manager, you will be responsible for: Providing licensing technical assistance and consultation. Interpreting and developing licensing laws, rules, policies, and procedures. Coordinating with the Office of Health Systems Oversight and other DOH offices related to credentialing, survey, investigation, and enforcement activities. Acting as a subject matter expert for assigned facilities.  The program manager accomplishes these ta
