Summary: Responsible for the pre-award and post award functions and activities associated with the CDC Bundle and Non-CDC Bundle grants awarded to ASTHO.
Produces and reconciles financial reports such as, month-end closing reports, spending projections for grants and others as needed.
Prepares and submits invoices to funders based on the requirements of the contracts and subawards in the ASTHO portfolio
One of the point of contacts during the CDC Bundle submission process, responding to questions about the process and the tools.
Maintain trackers/schedules that will detail the status of the CDC Bundle and Non- CDC Bundle efforts and provide an update to the Director.
Reviews the documents for the CDC Bundle submission ensuring completeness/accuracy for submission in the CDC Join, GrantSolutions, and/or Grants.gov systems.
Reviews documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to funder requirements.
Updates and maintains the monthly financial reports that are provided to the internal stakeholders via Program Operations.
Organizes and creates files for approvals received from funders.
Maintains electronic files and helps to ensure compliance with funder requirements.
Creates and provides quarterly and annual (or as needed) financial reports to the funder.

Bachelor's Degree in related field
2 years of prior experience administering grants
Experience with a database or tracking using Excel; experience with SharePoint is a plus
Strong computer skills to include proficiency in MS Office
Solid, positive interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of principles and practices of federal grants administration, including familiarity with OMB Uniform Grant Guidance and experience using Grants.gov preferred
Knowledge of HHS cooperative agreement regulations and guidelines preferred
