The Development Assistant, Prospect Records Management will be responsible for: Maintaining constituent information in philanthropic donor database including biographical information, solicit codes, relationships and other data points Performing auditing projects including merging duplicate records, monitoring the Data Integrity Workspace data lists for necessary changes, etc. as needed Becoming proficient in manipulating data in the philanthropic donor database with the ability to run basic reports and queries Processing returned mail Assisting supervisor and Records Management Specialist with special projects as needed Playing a leadership role to related office support staff and serving as a resource for questions re
