JOB SUMMARY Engages multisector partners to meet the needs of our residents and under resourced communities. Develops and maintains relationships with elected officials, businesses, healthcare systems, and other community partners. Connects Health Department programs to applicable external partners to achieve mutual goals. Leads staff to evaluate effectiveness of partnerships creating and implementing improvement plans when necessary. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Supervises staff which includes hiring, orienting, training, assigning, and reviewing work performance, annual work performance appraisal, and discipline.
