Research Dietitian
The Department of Nutrition collects nutrient data every four years from several cohorts using the Harvard semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaires (FFQ). Cohort participants report their current use of specific foods, multivitamins and cereals. The Research Dietitian will be responsible for completing the nutrient profiles for minimally 312 nutrient variables for the FFQ food items. The Research Dietitian will also be responsible for developing new nutrient databases as requested by nutrition experts, and for the nutrient analysis programs used to analyze and derive nutrient output for the FFQs.
