Cook (40 hours/week)
This position is 40 hours per week and requires working a varied schedule including some weekends and holidays. The Cook will be responsible for: Opens kitchen in the morning and accepts early deliveries. Prepares breakfast items for patient room service, cafe and catering. Receives and logs employee sick or late calls. Prepares all soups, entrees, vegetables, starches and other related items based on cafe/diner, room service, and catering menus. Follows standardized recipes and daily production sheets and accurately records amounts produced. Delivers all food products to designated serving area in an established time frame and at required temperature. Adequately completes next day's preparation assignments. Routinely tests food for
