We are the nation’s oldest and largest provider of pharmacy support services to more than 800 hospitals and healthcare facilities across the United States and Puerto Rico. As the nation’s leading provider of pharmacy solutions, we support pharmacy leadership, providing optimized pharmacy best practices and innovative technology solutions. Simply put, we drive superior financial and clinical performance. Being an independent company allows us to stay agile, stay ahead, and truly partner with our clients to achieve mutual success. Our pharmacies have a full CPS support team of experts available in the areas of operations, clinical, regulatory, safety, purchasing, 340B, and more. CPS' 12-month pharmacy fellowship focused on Health Equity and Systems Thinking is based out of our CPS corporate office in Dublin, OH. It’s a first-in-kind, innovative pharmacy practice leadership training opportunity aimed to position our graduates to improve health equity through advocacy, recognition of systems thinking and adoption of community resources/partnerships to improve chronic conditions and address national crises, such as opioid use disorders. This training pathway utilizes a combination of didactic curricula, interactive sessions, patient-directed and project-based learning experiences to build a deeper understanding of the socioeconomic determinants of health and key issues affecting the medically underserved.
