We are looking for an experienced instructor to teach Social Epidemiology: From Frameworks To Policy, Epid 591Why are some groups healthier than others, and how do these differences emerge and persist over the lifecourse? How do social policies (e.g., housing, transportation, employment) relate to health and healthinequalities? Why are there health disparities even in countries that have free universal health care? Thiscourse will address conceptual models for understanding health disparities in the US and internationally, howpopulation science identifies the main sources of these disparities, and how public health can inform policyefforts to address these disparities.This course will be taught remotely.PhD in Epidemiology, Public Health,
