Full time temporary social work position to provide a range of clinical social work services and case management to the Waltham Satellite of Boston Children's Hospital. This satellite offers ambulatory services in over 35 inpatient and outpatient medical specialties plus imaging and laboratory services. This temporary social work position will provide services to the whole site and all specialties. This Temporary Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for: Psychosocial screening and assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and facilitation of use of hospital and community services Acting as a resource information and referral, program development and psychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary teams
