The individual will prepare daily reports for the college and RIDOH, as applicable. Duties and Responsibilities: Commitment to CCRI's Mission:

Manage the day to day operations of the asymptomatic testing site: oEnsuring appropriate set up and take down of testing site; oConfirming cleaning/disinfecting before and after each use of facilities; oAssisting with staff/volunteer scheduling when needed. Coordinate traffic flow as needed to provide effective delivery of services. Report to AVP for Administration the inventory on-hand and order requests for additional testing equipment. Monitor, track and reorder PPE supplies as needed. Track and manage case files using electronic management system (Medicat as well as Maxient). Submit daily/weekly reports.Confidentiality/Position Specific Knowledge:
Verify that the sample information of individuals being tested is correct (name, demographics and contact information). Provide support and education to health screeners, greeters and provide assistance and redirection to those who arrive symptomatic. Submit manifest (or list of tested individuals) to the testing lab. Submit logs/reports of tests performed and results if/once known to AVP for Administration, the college's internal COVID-19 team, as well as the RIDOH, as applicable. Manage cases that result in positive outcome by submitting notice to the AVP for Administration and the Human Resources and/or Dean of Students for appropriate follow up.Communication/Collaboration:
Notify and initiate the the college's internal COVID-19 team cases as appropriate. With supervision from the AVP for Administration, serve as College liaison to the Rhode Island Department of Health testing manager. Follow up on concerns/questions of third-party company, RIDOH, and others as appropriate. Work closely with the campus partners to share updates, as needed. Work in partnership with contact tracing team.Departmental Support:
Oversee special projects to further enhance institutional response efforts to COVID-19. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the AVP for Administration. Work evening and weekend hours as required.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree, required. Experience in a related field, required. Experience serving on a risk management and/or crises intervention team, required. Experience in data gathering and specifically data analytics for tracking and monitoring case reports, required.Competencies: The most suitably qualified candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business/public administration, management. Prior experience in higher education environment. Willingness to learn how to utilize Medicat, an electronic health record system. Willingness to learn how to utilize Maxient, an electronic case management system. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ability to complete responsibilities on nights and weekends as necessary. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize work. Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-pace environment and handle competing demands. Client-focused sense of urgency and responsiveness. Ability to listen effectively, work independently and as part of a team. Ability to network and build strong relationships with internal and external customers/clients.
