Description Instructor/Assistant Professor West Virginia University (WVU) is seeking a full-time (non-tenure) faculty member for the Histotechnology Program, Division of Biomedical Laboratory Diagnostics, within the Department of Pathology, Anatomy, and Laboratory Medicine in the School of Medicine. The Division consists of three NAACLS accredited programs; two undergraduate, Clinical Laboratory Science and Histotechnology, and one graduate, Pathologists' Assistant. The School of Medicine is part of a thriving academic medical center which also includes the Schools of Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacy and Public Health. Together, the five Schools provide robust opportunities and programs for interprofessional education, collaborative practice and research. The primary responsibility of this position is classroom and laboratory teaching within the Histotechnology Program. Other responsibilities include preparing the student laboratory for instruction, student advising and recruiting, and participation in the service and research missions of the School of Medicine.
