We are recruiting for a full-time (100% FTE, 12-month service period), tenure-track faculty position in the University of Washington School of Medicine's Department of Bioethics & Humanities at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Eligible candidates must have completed a doctoral or terminal degree in a bioethics-related discipline (e.g., PhD, MD, JD, or foreign equivalent) and have demonstrated expertise in bioethics through education, teaching and/or publishing. Candidates with backgrounds in fields that intersect with bioethics research and scholarship, such as law, medicine, information science, neuroscience, public health, philosophy, genetics, nursing, social work, the humanities, and social sciences are welcome to apply.
