Your day.

As a Dental Office Associate you need to know how to:

• Work collaboratively as a team member to ensure the dental clinic operates efficiently.
• Provide friendly and courteous communication with patients; greeting patients, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, and answering phone calls.
• Efficiently process patient paperwork including eligibility and payments.
• Accurately enter patient data and statistics.
• Effectively communicate with fellow team members
• May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.

Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association, required
• Minimum of one (1) year of office or customer service experience, required
• Previous experience working in a safety net dental clinic or public health agency, preferred
