Job Summary Under minimal supervision, designs, plans, and implements Compensation programs, policies and strategy for the organization. Ensures compliance with current, applicable labor laws. Leads the work of Human Resources employees. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the Compensation team and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
