About the Opportunity: The Contact Tracing Manager will oversee the contact tracing activities of students, faculty, and staff at Northeastern University. The aim of this campus wide initiative will be to call contacts of each person diagnosed with COVID-19, gather information on the contacts, and provide social distancing/quarantine/isolation recommendations and information on testing, seeking medical assistance, ongoing monitoring, and available resources as needed. The CT manager will be expected to rotate early morning (~7 AM) and late evening (~9 PM) schedule with the other CT manager. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and minimum of five (5) years of experience in public health and or customer service and three (3) years of management experience operating a complex healthcare/public health program Experience supervising teams Experience driving analytics & reporting, contributing and ensuring staff success and implementation of best clinical practices Clinical or public health background strongly preferred Ability to thoroughly understand and apply protocols Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Ability to communicate with clients and coworkers in a friendly, professional and respectful manner Excellent organizational and communication skills Critical thinking and sound judgment required Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in health-science related field (MPH, MSW, MBA or similar) Experience in COVID-19 contact tracing Experience working in higher education Experience scheduling staff with varying shifts Salary Grade: 12 Additional Information: Northeastern University is an equal opportunity employer, seeking to recruit and support a broadly diverse community of faculty and staff.
