NYU School of Global Public Health (GPH) (https://publichealth.nyu.edu/) is seeking applications for a qualified Project Manager for the NYC Treats Tobacco (NYCTT) program. Ideal candidates will effectively supervise employees, direct strategic initiatives, develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, engage in tobacco control initiatives and manage day-to-day operations. The candidate will work under the direction of a nationally recognized Global Public Health Professor, Dr. Donna Shelley. The candidate will work on the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), Bureau of Tobacco Control funded award (Health Systems for Tobacco Free New York). This project aims to increase adoption of evidence-based best practices for treating tobacco use and dependence in health care settings throughout New York City with a focus on systems that care for vulnerable populations.
