Job Summary: Using Standard Work Practices, cleans, disinfects and restocks ambulances. Issues vital equipment to crews. Assists with inventory and restocking of Paramedic Division central stockroom. May occasionally drive ambulances in non-emergency mode to repair facilities or fuel pumps to refuel them and drive to other facilities to retrieve equipment. Works as part of a team to prepare ambulances for service in the field. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of personal protective equipment and how to follow appropriate safety precautions at all times. Ability to follow written Standard Work and additional oral instructions. Ability to multi-task and interact with customers while continuing to stay on task with other duties. Able to problem solve as situations arise. Detail oriented and able to handle repetition and standard work routines. Education: Requires a high school diploma or GED certificate. Experience: Typically, one year of work experience. Previous experience might include -- fast paced customer service, vehicle detailing, or warehouse and stockroom inventory experience. Credentials: Valid Colorado Drivers license must be maintained at all times. For mileage reimbursement, proof of insurance is also required.
