Job Summary Under minimal supervision, responsible for the coordination of multiple projects from a small to large scale. Manages status reporting, day-to-day operations of project-related activities, ensures stability of project-oriented efforts, and coordinates communication related to project status, progress, deliverables and impacts for key stakeholders in a timely fashion. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned projects. Supports strategic planning endeavors for the department. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects to support strategic initiatives of teamSupport training logisticsManage supplies for department and orders replacements when neededOther duties as assigned. Support Visual Management Board Updates Is responsible for the collection, input and distribution of key metrics for the departments. Maintains department employee files and ensures they are up-to-date and contain all appropriate documents per HR policies. Assists in annual evaluations to ensure that all documents and associated trainings are done on time. Assists in providing customer service to all learners. Completes allocated projects on time including maintenance of Kanban boards and charting via Excel. Maintains confidentiality of all information. Supports the Purchasing department for administrative tasks. Prepares purchase requisitions, purchase orders and payment requests for the departments according to Purchasing and Accounts Payable policies and procedures. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Three years of project coordinator experience required. Healthcare experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsWritten and oral presentation skillsAbility to balance multiple projects concurrentlyStrong time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite required. Prior Lean experience knowledge preferred. Prior experience with Excel tools such as VLookups, Pivot Tables, and Pivot Charts preferred. Prior experience with Smartsheets preferred. Education & Experience 1. High School Diploma or GED (Required) 2. Three years clerical/administrative experience required.
