The position on the Physician Relations & Outreach (PRO) Team is focused on evaluating and removing the barriers that physicians have to provide access for their patients here, especially for and in collaboration with those primary care physicians with whom BCH has formed alliances.

This Account Coordinator (PRO) will be responsible for:

The Account Coordinator will support the Program Manager, helping to improve the connections between local and regional referring clinicians and BCH
  • Providing advanced administrative and analytic support to implement the goals of various projects
  • Responsible for effective project management across multidisciplinary teams including the Information Services Department (ISD)
  • Creating work plans and timelines to ensure projects remain on track
  • Tracking and resolving issues with the MyPatients provider portal in a respectful and timely manner
  • Effectively communicating (with internal and external stakeholders) potential issues while identifying paths forward and proposing recommendations
  • Working with a variety of internal and external data sources to create the monthly MyPatients dashboards
  • M W F coverage - this is a part time position
To qualify, you must have:
  • The knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in a health related field and at least one 1+ years' experience in an administrative support role and/or projects-related role. Master's degree preferred.
  • Technically competent with various software programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
