Job Summary: Under general supervision, provides clerical support to administrative management. Using high-level organizational skills, will be responsible for all data entry into Excel spreadsheets and databases, and creating appropriate reports; purchasing/supply management/tracking/stocking, and shipping/receiving for several accounting units within the department; serving as the Safety Officer for OBHS including managing safety meetings and rounds on a monthly basis. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 1. Excellent customer service skills. 2. Ability to complete routine work with minimal direction from supervisor. 3. Ability to multi-task, skilled in basic office procedures/responsibilities. 4. Ability to exercise some judgment within job scope. 5. Skilled in organization and attention to detail. Acquires knowledge of operations to be able to sufficiently perform job responsibilities. 6. Bi-lingual in English-Spanish preferred. Education: High School degree or GED required. Experience: One year administrative or clerical experience required. Supply management, inventory, and shipping/receiving experience preferred. Intermediate Excel skills preferred. Location: Pavilion K, Main Campus Shift: Days, Monday through Friday.
