The Equity Policy Manager is a leadership role, reporting directly to our Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer in the Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. The Equity Policy Manager will partner with other senior leaders to develop and implement essential equity policies, programs and operations in Washington County. The application period for this position is from January 30, 2021 to February 14, 2021. Pay range is $106,132.68 - $135,420.36 annually. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Eight (8) years of professional experience involving diverse community outreach and engagement, strategic marketing, project management, business management, analysis, planning, organizing, and/or evaluating programs within a public agency which includes two (2) years of staff supervision/management. |
