The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for: - The assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with vascular anomalies in consultation with the Interventional Radiologists.
- Pre-operative history and physical examinations.
- Ordering and interpretation of laboratory and diagnostic tests, post-procedural recovery care, inpatient rounds, consultation with other health care providers, coordination of care, referrals, prescription of medications, and follow up care including telephone updates, triage of complications and clinic visits.
To qualify you must have: - 2 years of PNP/FNP experience.
- Would consider new NPs with at least 5 years of acute pediatric nursing experience.
- Prior experience working with an interdisciplinary team is a plus.
- Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills and be self-directed.
- The ability to work four 10 hour weekday shifts (schedule to be determined)

Exciting and unique opportunity for an FNP or PNP to join the department of Interventional Radiology. This position will focus primarily on the care of patients with vascular anomalies. The Interventional Radiology Nurse Practitioner will be part of a larger NP group that will care for patients with vascular anomalies both in Interventional Radiology and the Vascular Anomalies Center. There will be cross-orientation to the Vascular Anomalies Center and to the non-vascular patients treated in Interventional Radiology
