Position Summary The Project Coordinator will assist in the development, coordination and implementation of various projects, including the EHE initiative, as well as general NECA AETC programmatic initiatives. This person will be a part of a multi-disciplinary, inter-professional team of experienced educators, clinicians, and subject matter experts. Job duties will primarily include the successful coordination of projects to ensure timely and effective project development and completion. This person will report to the PI/Director and Co-PI.
Responsibilities - Project planning and implementation, setting SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, results-focused, and time-bound) goals and objectives.
- Establish dedicated project work plan(s) and timetable of schedules; monitor, review, and evaluate progress; report on progress. Ensure that all team members understand the scope and timeline of projects as well as what they are individually responsible for, including deadlines, changes in project requirements, unexpected barriers, etc.
- Monitor subcontract progress toward grant deliverables.
- Serve as liaison between NECA AETC and partner/funding organizations and interface with other collaborators/programs as requested. This will include active communications with funders and internal teams to ensure programs and deliverables are coordinated.
- Compile summary documents, e.g. communication to stakeholders, senior leadership, team members, etc.
- Coordinate and attend stakeholder meetings. Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations, plans, spreadsheets, and tables and provide summaries including action lists and decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience required, 2 years related experience
Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree
- Knowledge of public health and/or behavioral health concepts and HIV is highly desirable.
- Facility with both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
Other Requirements - Must successfully complete system online training requirements
- Excellent analytical, computer and web skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with a wide array of staff, faculty, and external constituencies.
