Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP), is seeking a Senior Program Associate to help manage projects; attend to fiscal concerns; complete project deliverables; carry out meeting, training, and technical assistance activities. The Senior Program Associate will be working with the Access to Recover (ATR) Program, a 6-month program designed for individuals who have a substance use disorder (SUD), and who are seeking support with their recovery. Under the supervision of the ATR Program Director, this individual will support the ATR project in the following ways:

Technical
Professional Experience We are seeking candidates with at least five years of management and supervising experience, which includes managing complex processes and procedures, managing grants or contracts, and directing and evaluating staff performance. Candidates for this position must possess a bachelor’s degree at minimum. A master’s degree in social work, behavioral health, public health, or similar field is strongly preferred.
