The Academic Records Assistant Intermediate position is a 12-month position within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, a high volume office responsible for processing and evaluating over 70,000 freshmen and transfer applications each year. The Academic Records Assistant Intermediate is responsible for interpreting, evaluating, and posting of external transfer credit to the student record with a high attention to detail. The position will require the individual to acquire and maintain a strong knowledge of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions processes, workflows, and procedures, in accordance with academic units and guidelines. Additionally, the position will also require the ability to navigate various technological systems used to facilitate the work, specifically PeopleSoft Student Information System, Slate Customer Relations Management tool, and Perceptive Content imaging software. Some face-to-face advising of transfer credit is required.
