The nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive community health-nursing services through home visits to women and their families enrolled in the NFP in accord with program goals, objectives and protocols.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Experience working in public health, including home visitation Experience in providing maternal and child health services, particularly in a community/public health setting Experience in working with diverse populations, communities and organizations Bi-lingual Spanish ability preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
BLS
Current Colorado nursing license
Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
