The Program Administrator will work closely with the Principal Investigator to ensure all milestones are being met in accordance to the guidelines set in the grant work plan. Responsibilities include: researching and identifying new school-based programs and managing all aspects of year long fellowship program. Support in the rolling out of Teledentistry program. Assist in providing students with sufficient clinical learning opportunities to complete their academic training, manage program budget and prepare budget recommendations. Responsibilities Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Public Health or similar field Required Experience: 2+ years coordinating a health related program such as community outreach programs or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Experience: 5+ years of program coordination or grants management. Prior administrative experience in higher education or healthcare, prior leadership roles, grant writing/management/reporting, budget management, health research, statistical analysis. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; adherence to timelines; strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; interpersonal and cultural competency skills to communicate with community partners and internal/external stakeholders; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications. Must be able to be physically active, as this position requires movement of equipment and supplies. Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Familiarity with principles of public health and/or health research methods, familiarity with research process, including date collection, analysis, and IRB processes; sound decision-making skills, demonstrated leadership, and ability to present in internal and external constituents.
