The Senior Project Manager: - Managing the development, implementation and evaluation studies of strategic program for Patient Safety and Quality (PPSQ) projects related to Compliance, Regulatory or Patient Safety.
- Developing and administering timelines ensuring coordination of project resources.
- Coordinating the work of internal and external resources to optimize resource utilization and workflow.
- Leading cross-functional teams in the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of hospital-wide programs and projects.
To Qualify, you must: - Must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of an ASN, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, in nursing epidemiology, Public Health or a closely related field and a minimum of five years healthcare experience including pediatric clinical practice. MSN preferred.
- Work requires two years of experience developing clinical/regulatory compliance or patient safety projects.
- Work requires knowledge of management concepts and principles, as well as proven team leadership and the ability to manage conflict resolution and inspire team spirit.
- Work requires excellent communication skills, written and verbal, as well as proficient oral presentation skills.
- Work requires knowledge of evidence based practice and research interpretation and use.
- Work requires the ability to balance multiple demands and work on multiple projects and/or proposals simultaneously.
- Work requires analytical skills to resolve complex problems and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
