The Research and Evaluation Senior Analyst will be responsible for analysis of complex data focused on a multitude of health policy issues including: access to care; cost, quality, and effectiveness of care; behaviorial health; social determinants of health, and/or; consumer satisfaction. Analytical work will include designing provider and consumer surveys, formulating and executing data queries, creating and analyzing claims and survey data sets, and developing and writing issue briefs or other written products. Data visualization skills are a plus. This individual will work with other analysts, expert clinical consultants and project staff on an on-going basis, while working on multiple concurrent projects. The Senior Analyst will be expected to function independently and in collaboration with colleagues and act as a resource across CHRT on quantitative research and statistical analysis. Must be able to work remotely. We will consider applications from individuals with less experience or training.
