This Program Coordinator - HCM will be responsible for: - Coordinating activities and daily operations of the HR Transformation program. Assisting in the development of new or revision of program goals and objectives.
- Preparing or assisting in preparation of proposal for funding and/or funding continuation from outside sponsors.
- Conferring with and advising staff and others to provide technical advice, problem solving assistance, answers to questions and program goals; referring to appropriate department person when unable to respond.
- Preparing periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
- May evaluate program effectiveness to develop improved methods.
- May review applications or other program documents independently or in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program.
- Assisting with written communication and promotional literature.
- May plan workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinating logistics, scheduling and participant communications.
- Interacting and maintaining liaison with staff, faculty and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives.
To qualify, you must have: - Associate's degree with 1 year of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse internal and external constituencies, successfully engaging and building relationships.
- The ability to interface with a variety of stakeholders in a large institution.
