In anticipation of possible hiring, the Yale School of Management is soliciting applications for a tenured faculty position as full Professor of Organizational Behavior. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in in organizational behavior or a field that is broadly related, including psychology, sociology, management, public health, education, and the many related disciplines that inform how groups organize. Applicants also must have experience as a faculty member at a top-tier college or university. Business school experience is preferred. The selected candidate must be highly accomplished, well-published, and highly respected in their field. The candidate hired for this position will be expected to continue conducting and publishing their research and will teach graduate- and/or PhD-level courses and advise and mentor students. Appointment terms This is a full-time, tenured faculty position located at the Yale School of Management in New Haven, Connecticut.
