Position Summary The NYC STD Prevention Training Center (PTC), a program within the Department of Sociomedical Sciences at the Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University is seeking a PTC Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Program, Coordinator. The PTC is dedicated to increasing the sexual health knowledge and skills of medical health professionals in the prevention, diagnosis, screening, management, and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases. The PTC offers classroom and web-based courses, hands-on training, clinical consults, and technical assistance to clinical providers such as physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and nurse practitioners. The PTC is part of the National Network of STD Clinical Prevention Training Centers (NNPTC) and is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to assist clinicians in the United States with the skills, knowledge, and experience that they need to address and prevent STDs in their patients. The position responsibilities include: development and monitoring of needs assessments and program evaluation development of online courses and learning communities development of PrEP resources for clinical providers, including navigation of PrEP benefits, legal requirements, and state/local policies assistance with the development of training manuals, participant materials, educational resources, and infographics assistance with course management and marketing development and management of continuing Education (CME and CNE) accreditation and applications preparation of reports including evaluation analysis needs assessment results and analysis of epidemiological data and, management of web-based activities, including webinars, PTC website management, and learning communities.

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 3 years related experience including fiscal and administrative experience with related federal agencies, plus experience in clinical or community-oriented health care.
Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in administration, public health, health education, or a related field is desirable and may substitute in part for experiential requirements.
Other Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in providing sexual and reproductive health education and/or related services
- Excellent data analysis, organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of computer software programs - Qualtrics, Word, Excel, PowerPoint - and online organizational software a plus; Canva/Adobe graphic software
- Must be able to work independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team
- Must have strong leadership skills
