Position Title: Clinical Assistant Professor 10 month Posting Number: F1900118 Employer: State FTE: 1.00 Position Summary: The Department of Rehabilitation Sciences in the School of Public Health and Health Professions (SPHHP) is recruiting a state-funded, 10-month Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor in the Occupational Therapy Program. The successful candidate will contribute to the teaching, scholarship and service mission of the program. Duties may include teaching lecture and laboratory courses; overseeing service learning in the community; mentoring students in clinical research projects, advising students; and contributing to ongoing curriculum quality improvement. Knowledge of higher education and contemporary clinical practice are essential along with research experience and excellent communication skills. Experience in physical disabilities, mental health, management and/or community-based practice are preferred.
