The Administrative Manager is responsible for assisting and working directly with the Chairman of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, the Director of Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry, the faculty and the residents of the Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry Program. He/she shall perform all responsibilities relative to the day to day operational needs of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry including but not limited to the overall budget and financial activity for the clinic & academic office; supporting the Dept. Chair in various administrative tasks and strategic initiatives; overseeing and facilitating the admissions process with the Program Director; managing grants and interacting with the Office of Research to ensure compliance and grant success.
